Connecting children with faith, hope & love

Our vision is that every child within our community will have opportunities to explore the values of the Christian faith, so that they may look forward with hope and confidence, as they experience Christian love in action.

Bridge Builders Christian Trust works in partnership with primary school teachers, church leaders and many committed volunteers in Stevenage and the surrounding area to provide:

opportunities for children to EXPLORE the Christian faith through SCHOOLS' PROJECTS such as our original and thought provoking assemblies and lessons
resources and administrative support for class visits to local churches for interactive themed events such as THE EASTER JOURNEY and THE CHRISTMAS JOURNEY
online resources and accompanying material enabling classes to engage in deeper Christian understanding of key themes from the Bible. THE HARVEST JOURNEY & THE ADVENTURE JOURNEY

All our work is available to schools free of charge and is clearly linked to the Hertfordshire Agreed Syllabus of Religious Education.

Lynne has been involved with Bridge Builders for a number of years. She joined the team two years ago to take charge of The Christmas and Easter Journeys. Before this Lynne was a Trustee and volunteer at The Christmas Journey. Many of you may also know here with her other 'hat' working at St Peter's Church. She is a cheerful and positive member of the team and we particularly appreciate her Anzac biscuits!
